‘Be Armenian’ is a project that they launched shortly before the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. The first collection of wallpapers entitled “Remember and Demand,” was created to commemorate this event. The collection featured the Forget-Me-Not flower, which became the symbol for the 100th anniversary of the Genocide. From here, the ‘Be Armenian’ project grew. Shortly following the “Remember and Demand” collection, more Armenian themed wallpapers were added representing the Armenian culture and language.
The 'Be Armenian' collection of wallpapers has unique medieval manuscript decorations. The letters come to symbolize our Armenian culture. Upon selecting a letter, it can be customized by adding your name in Armenian.
The ‘Be Armenian’ application is currently available for download at the Apple Store.
