It's always a joy to see volunteers making an impact in the work they do. It’s especially encouraging to see that volunteers like Paul Dimaksyan apply their skills as a volunteer, and grow in their careers from what they learned in Armenia.
With a degree in biotechnology and pharmacology, Paul was able to bring his education to AIP Scientific, a company that specializes in 3-D printing implants for patients. Naturally, Paul was a perfect fit for the company and vice versa. “I wanted to contribute to the advancements we make in the healthcare field globally” says Paul..
“Paul came at the perfect time to the company” says Marina Aghayan, the founder of API Scientific. Leaving a big impact on the projects API was working on, Paul was instrumental in helping API achieve their goals.
As he says, AIP Tech benefited him by “trusting me with challenging, stimulating, yet fulfilling work that will teach me valuable skills that I will take with myself to Australia.”
For volunteers who want to come to Armenia and find fulfilling work and challenge themselves, we recommend taking a look at Paul’s story, because not only did he benefit a company that actively helps Armenia, but the company helped him grow as a professional by giving him hands-on experience in his chosen field.
Paul says it best, “AIP Tech has given me the platform to be able to see firsthand what impact the company is making on others.” We thank him for his efforts to help foster a better Armenia.
Paul’s drive dovetailed with AIP Scientific’s mission to develop new technologies to help patients, creating better ways for people to get the care they need. We are proud of Paul and his contributions to Armenia and we are excited to see where his career will take him after the experience he had in Armenia.
